A study was performed by Drs. Robert L. Gillette and Carol J. Zebas for the Kansas Racign Commission in 1991.  The information derived form the project led to the information provided here.  It is presented in two-parts, the first discusses at the Greyhound Racing gait and related kinematic factors.  The second discusses how this information relates to the race track management.
